5-Minute Lemon Fudge Recipe

How to make the best 5-minute lemon fudge recipe:


  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 2 small packages lemon cook and serve pudding (2.9 oz. each)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2-3 tsp milk


Start by lining a 9×9 with wax paper.

Then in a saucepan melt the 1/2 cup of butter. After that, add the milk and dry pudding.

Now, cook the mixture over medium-high heat for about a minute. Also, make sure to stir the mixture constantly to avoid burning. You’ll know the mixture has finished cooking once it starts boiling and starts to get thicker.

Once the mixture is done cooking, take it off the heat.

Next, add the powder sugar to the mixture while making sure that you’re stirring it constantly.

If your fudge is a little bit dry, feel free to add some additional milk, then make sure to mix it again. Don’t feel discouraged if your fudge isn’t the consistency you want because remember that it gets firmer once you put it in the fridge.

Now, press the fudge into the prepared pan lined with wax paper. Then dust the fudge with the powdered sugar.

Finally, refrigerate the fudge for a few hours or overnight and cut into into 1-inch pieces.
