Air Fryer Fried Pickles Texas Road House Copy Cat

This is an easy copycat recipe of the very popular Texas Roadhouse Fried Pickles. The dipping sauce is also easy to make, and most of the ingredients are probably already in your pantry.

This recipe is even better because these pickles are made in an air fryer. They taste amazing but paired with a dipping sauce they taste even better.

How To Make Air Fryer Fried Pickles Texas Road House Copy Cat:


For The Pickles:

  • 2 cups sliced dill pickles
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp Cajun spice 
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

For The Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning


In a small mixing bowl, mix the flour, Cajun spice, dried garlic powder, dried basil, and cayenne pepper.

Next, drain the pickles and then dry them on paper towels for about 20 minutes.

Now, coat the sliced pickles with the flour mixture.

After coating the pickles, place them into a single later into the air fryer. Then using either the olive oil or cooking spray, spray or cover.

Cook the pickles for 10 minutes at 400 °F. Once 10 minutes have passed and the pickles have finished frying, turn them over to the other side and cook them for an additional 5 minutes on 400 °F.

While the pickles are frying, combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Finally, once the pickles have finished frying, serve them on a plate paired with the dipping sauce.
