Ingredients:

For the (chaffle) shell:

  • 1 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tsp monk fruit
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla

For the filling:

  • 1 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions:

Start by preheating the waffle on medium-high heat. Then in a small bowl, combine all of the chaffle ingredients (cream cheese, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, monk fruit, and almond flour). Mix until all the ingredients have been incorporated.

Next, pour half of the chaffle mixture onto the waffle iron. Then close the waffle maker and allow them to cook for approximately 5 minutes (depending on how crispy you like it), or until the waffle has a golden brown color.

Then carefully remove and repeat for the second chaffle. Allow chaffles to sit for a few minutes so that they crisp up.
