Cilantro Lime Chicken with Avocado Salsa

How To Make Cilantro Lime Chicken with Avocado Salsa:

Ingredients:

For The Chicken:

  • 1.5 lb. boneless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For The Avocado Salsa:

  • 4 avocados (diced)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (diced)
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • salt, to taste

Instructions:

In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup lime juice, olive oil, 1 tsp of freshly chopped cilantro, ground cumin, as well as 1/4 tsp salt. Whisk until all the ingredients have been combined.

After that, incorporate marinade and chicken into an large zip-lock bag. Allow chicken to marinate for approximately 15 minutes.
