- 12 oz. egg noodles
- 1 10.5 oz. can french onion soup
- 1 lb. beef stew meat
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup french fried onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Start by heating the olive oil in a large pot placed over medium-high heat.
Next, add the beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Now, add the seasoned beef to the large pot and cook it for approximately 3-5 minutes until it’s seared on every side.
If needed, season with additional salt and pepper according to your taste.
Then add the beef broth and French onion soup to the pot and bring the mixture to a simmer.
