This recipe for crispy parmesan air fryer Brussel sprouts is so simple to make and done in 25 minutes or less. With air fryer recipes getting more and more popular, this is one of my favorite dishes!

Guide On Making Crispy Parmesan Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Brussel sprouts (ends trimmed, outer leaves removed, and cut in half, lengthwise)
  • 1/4 cup pork panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

Start by combining the prepared Brussel sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Then, stir until thoroughly incorporated.

After that, transfer the Brussel sprouts to the air fryer’s basket and cook them for approximately 6 minutes at 400˚F.

Once 6 minutes have passed, and the Brussel sprouts have finished cooking, open the air fryer and stir the Brussel sprouts around.

Next, sprinkle the Brussel sprouts with parmesan cheese and some pork panko crumbs.

Now, arrange the Brussel sprouts in one layer and air fry them for an additional 6 minutes, or until crisp and tender.

When another 6 minutes have passed, and the Brussel sprouts are crisp and tender, remove them from the air fryer.

Finally, taste the crispy parmesan air fryer Brussel sprouts, and season them accordingly (to your own personal taste).
