How To Make The Best Crock Pot Mississippi Beef Noodles:
- 24 oz. bag of frozen egg noodles
- 6 pepperoncini
- 3 lbs. beef roast
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
Start by roasting the roast in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Then, sprinkle the mixes on top and place butter in the middle of the roast.
Next, sprinkle the pepperoncinis on top of the roast.
Now, pour the broth over the exterior of your roast.
After that, place it in the oven and cook it on low heat for 8 to 10 hours or until fork-tender.
Once, the roast has finished cooking take it out of the oven and using two forks pull it apart. Also, make sure to mix it well with the juices.
Then, add the frozen noodles and mix thoroughly to immerse noodles in the liquid.
Finally, cover and on high heat for approximately 1-1.5 hours or until noodles are tender and cooked to your liking.
