How To Make The Tastiest Chicken Tetrazzini:
- 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. seasoned cooked chicken (chopped or shredded)
- 1 lb. thin spaghetti (cooked al dente)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees °F.
Then coat a 9×13 baking dish using nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
Next, in a large bowl whisk together both soups, chicken broth, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until all the ingredients have been combined.
Now, stir in the chicken, peas, and spaghetti. Then toss the ingredients to combine them until they are fully coated.
After that, pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the top with the mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
Once 30 minutes have passed, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese has completely melted and the casserole is hot throughout.
Finally, once the chicken tetrazzini has finished cooking, take it out of the oven and let it cool down for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve while still warm and enjoy!
