Ham and Cheese Sliders are a crazy good combination of ham and Swiss cheese baked to golden perfection. They’re hands down the BEST appetizer around!
Tutorial On Making Hawaiian Ham And Cheese Sliders:
- 12 King’s Hawaiian dinner rolls
- 9 oz. thin sliced deli ham
- 8 oz. thin sliced swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 2 tsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Start by preheating the oven to 350 °F. Then grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Next, in a medium-sized bowl, combine the butter, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion.
After that, slice the Hawaiian rolls into two pieces, remove the top part, and set the top part aside.
Now, place the bottom pieces of the Hawaiian rolls into the greased baking sheet.
Then, layer the thinly sliced deli ham onto the rolls and top the ham with the thinly sliced Swiss cheese.
Next, place the top part of the Hawaiian rolls on top of the swiss cheese, making the sliders.
Now, pour or brush the butter mixture over the sliders, making sure to spread the mixture evenly between the rolls.
Finally, bake the sliders for approximately 20 minutes or until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted.
Remove the sliders from the oven. Use a sharp knife to cut the sliders apart.
Serve warm and enjoy!
