How To Make The Easiest Spinach And Avocado Wrap:


  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1-2 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 avocado (sprinkled with some sea salt)
  • 3-4 tbsp of salsa
  • 1 tbsp of sour cream


Start by turning the stove on medium heat. Then using cooking spray, lightly spray a large 12 inch skillet.

After that, place the large skillet over the stove.

Next, place the tortilla onto the large skillet.

Cook the tortilla until it’s lightly browned which should take just a few minutes.

Now add the pepper jack cheese on the middle of the tortilla.

After adding the cheese, evenly spread the spinach over the whole tortilla.

Then place the sliced avocado, salsa, and sour cream onto the center of the tortilla (on top of the spinach).

Finally, in order to wrap the tortilla start by folding its sides. Next, bring out the bottom flap of the tortilla while stile holding the sides with your thumbs and tightly and carefully roll up the tortilla fully.
