How To Make The Tastiest Bacon Chicken Bites:
- 2 lb boneless skinless, chicken breasts (about 4 breasts)
- 1.5 pound package good quality bacon
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Start by preheating the oven to 350 °F. Next, cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
After that, cut each bacon slice in half.
Now, in order to assemble the bacon chicken bites, wrap the bacon around the chicken cubes.
Then in a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all the seasoning ingredients (brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder).
Once you’ve made the seasoning mixture, dredge the bacon chicken bites into it. If your bacon is falling out feel free to skewer the bites using toothpicks.
After seasoning the bacon chicken bites, transfer them onto a baking sheet lined with foil.
Bake the bacon chicken bites for approximately 25 minutes, then flip them over on the other side.
After flipping the bites, bake them for an additional 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
