  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

For The Topping:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)

Instructions:

Start by preheating the oven to 325 °F and cook the spaghetti noodles until al dente by following the package instructions.

Next, using a non-stick cooking spray, spray a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Now, combine the turkey, sour cream, broth, butter, cream of mushroom soup, parmesan, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients have been combined.

Then, add the cooked noodles to the large bowl and mix again until all the ingredients have been combined.

After mixing in the spaghetti, toss the whole mixture into the prepared 9×13 inch baking sheet.

Once you’ve added the spaghetti mixture to the baking sheet, top it with the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Then, cover the baking sheet with aluminum and place it in the oven. Bake for approximately 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes have passed, remove the foil and bake the turkey tetrazzini for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.

Finally, if desired, top with some chopped fresh parsley.

Enjoy!
