Ham And Cheese Breakfast Quiche

This ham and cheese quiche is perfect for breakfast. It’s easy to make while also tasting amazing. This recipe is a delicious mixture made out of cooked ham, swiss and cheddar cheese, and eggs. You can also add bacon if you desire.

How to make the best ham and cheese quiche:


  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham 
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup swiss cheese
  • 1 frozen pie crust 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4 eggs
  • sea salt
  • black pepper


Start by preheating the oven to 375 °F. Place the pie crust in a 9″ pie plate and bake for approximately 10 minutes. Once the pie crust has baked, take it out of the oven and set it aside to let it cool.

On a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add butter and let it melt. Then add the onion and cook for an additional 4 minutes or until onion softens. After that, add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

Next, in a large bowl beat the eggs. Then add the half & half, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Whisk until all the ingredients have been well combined. After that, add the ham, cheese, onion, and garlic. 

Finally, carefully pour the filling into the pie crust, and feel free to sprinkle more cheese on top of the egg mixture if you desire.

Bake for around 40 minutes, or until cooked all the way through. To make sure the quiche is baked, poke the center of it with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, the quiche is done.

Let the quiche set for 5-10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
