Healthy Banana Muffins

If you are on a diet and craving muffins, then this recipe is perfect for you. These muffins are gluten-free, easy to make, low in carbs, and are with no added sugar.

Not only are these muffins healthy for you, but they are also very delicious and have a very nice texture. These banana muffins are soft, moist, and spiced with cinnamon, overall the perfect breakfast.

How to make banana muffins:


  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • cooking spray


Start by preheating the oven to 350 °F, then coat the muffin pans with cooking spray.

Add the eggs, bananas, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a blender and process until the mixture combines and smoothes. Then combine the almond flour with the mixture. After processing the almond flour to the mixture, stir in the chocolate chips.

Scoop the mixture equally into the muffin pans. Then bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the muffin comes out clean. Once they have a golden brown color, take them out of the oven and let them cool for about 20 minutes before serving.
