- 8 burrito tortillas (10 in.)
- 8 eggs
- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 3/4 cup cheddar (shredded)
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Start by mixing the eggs in a medium-sized bowl. Then add 1 tbsp of oil to a skillet and heat over medium heat. Once the eggs are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
Next, add the other tbsp of olive oil to the skillet and heat the oil over medium-high heat. Then add the garlic and onions to the skillet.
