How to make the best homemade pepperoni pizza rolls:

Ingredients:

For the pepperoni rolls:

  • 14 oz. refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10 slices pepperoni
  • 5 slices deli ham (cut into squares)

For the garlic butter:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions:

Start by preheating the oven to 425 °F and line 2 baking or cookie sheets with parchment paper. Lightly grease and set aside.

Next, roll out the dough into a rectangle, which is approximately 14×10 inches. After that, using a large spoon, cover the pizza dough with the marinara sauce, leaving about half an inch of the edges without sauce.

Now add the mozzarella, ham, and pepperoni, spreading it within 1/2 inch of the edges of the crust.

After that, starting with the longer end, roll the pizza dough tightly into a log. Then using a knife, cut the log into 12 equal pieces.

Place pizza rolls on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave some space in between the rolls to ensure they don’t collide while baking.

To make the garlic sauce, combine all garlic butter ingredients in a small bowl (butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper).

Now that you’ve made the garlic sauce brush the top of the pizza rolls with it.

Finally, bake the pizza rolls for approximately 15 minutes or until they have a golden brown color. Once they’ve finished baking, take them out of the oven and serve with your favorite dipping sauce and chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy!
