Honey Garlic Pork Chops (Boneless)

Tired of your usual pork chops? Why not level it up with a sweet garlicky flavor of honey and garlic? These easy honey garlic pork chops are coated in a sweet and savory sauce, then cooked in a skillet until tender and succulent.

These boneless pork chops taste amazing on their own but served with a side of mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted carrots, they taste heavenly.

How To Make The Tastiest Honey Garlic Boneless Chicken Pork Chops:


For The Pork Chops:

  • 15 oz. center cut boneless pork chops (3 pork chops)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp chopped Italian parsley (for garnishing)
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

For The Honey Sauce:

  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 2 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar


Start by seasoning the pork chops with salt and ground black pepper on both sides according to your taste.

Then mix all the ingredients in the honey garlic sauce together. Stir the mixture until all ingredients have been incorporated.

After that, heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat and add the vegetable oil and 1 tbsp of butter. 

Next, add the boneless pork chops to the skillet and pan-fry each side of the pork for approximately 3-4 minutes. Once the surface turns brown, the pork chops have finished cooking, so flip them to the other side. Again, cook them for about 3-4 minutes, or until their surface turns brown.

Now, move the pork chops to one side of the skillet and add the remaining butter. Add the garlic and saute the mixture for approximately 10 seconds, or until lightly browned.

After sauteing, add the honey garlic sauce and cook until the sauce turns amber-brown, or it reduces to a thicker consistency.

Finally, spoon the sauce over the pork chops, so they get coated nicely. Then turn off the heat, garnish with the parsley and serve immediately.
