These keto Philly cheesesteak roll-ups are made with cream cheese and easy to customize. I love a good Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and these roll-ups have the same delicious and savory flavors inside a crispy wrapper.

Instructions On Making The Tastiest Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups:

  • 16 oz. Ground beef
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups Monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Start by preheating the oven to 350 °F. Then place a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper.

Saute the mixture until the meat has completely browned and the vegetables have softened. After it’s done cooking drain any excess grease.

Next, add the Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Then stir to combine until the cheese has completely melted.

Now, place the shredded Monterey Jack cheese in 8 even circles on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

After that, bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges begin to brown and the cheese takes on a lacelike appearance.

Then let the cheese cool for about a minute, and while still pliable, place a layer of filling on each cheese circle.

Finally, gently roll the cheese around the filling making sure it doesn’t break, and allow it to cool and harden into a wrap before serving.
