Guide On Making The Tastiest French Onion Beef Casserole:

  • 1 (16 oz.) Container French Onion Dip (refrigerated variety)
  • 12 Oz. Wide Egg Noodles (cooked by following the package directions)
  • 1 (10.5 oz.) Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 Cups French Fried Onions
  • 1 1/2 Cups Gruyere Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Start by preheating the oven to 350 °F.

Next, lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and set it aside.

After that, cook the wide egg noodles by following the package directions and drain them once they are al dente. Then run the wide egg noodles after cold water, drain them once more, and set them aside.

Now, begin browning the ground beef. Heat a large skillet over low-medium heat. Then add the ground beef together with the Worcestershire sauce.

Then, cook until the beef is cooked through and no longer pink. Drain the excess grease, then return the beef to the skillet.

Next, combine the pasta and beef mixture, then transfer to the greased casserole dish. Then, top the pasta and beef mixture with the shredded cheese.

Finally, bake the casserole for approximately 15 minutes. Once 15 minutes have passed take it out and add the French fried onions.

Then return the casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the French fried onions are lightly browned.

Serve the casserole while it’s still hot, and store the leftovers in the refrigerator for up to about 3 days.
