Tutorial On Making The Tastiest Crispy Air Fried Artichoke Hearts:
- 2-3 cans Quartered Artichokes (drained & dried)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- parsley (for garnish)
Start off by draining the artichokes in a colander.
Next, transfer them onto a plate and place a layer of paper towels in between them. Then pat them dry.
After that, combine the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste, in a small bow. Then gently toss the bowl to coat them.
Now, place the panko breadcrumbs together with the coater artichokes in a zip lock bag. Shake the zip lock bag until the artichokes are well coated.
Then place the coated artichokes into the Airfryer & cook for about 10-15 minutes on the highest temperature setting.
Once the artichokes have finished frying take them out and repeat with the remaining artichokes.
Next, sprinkle the artichokes with parmesan cheese, and garnish with some parsley
Finally, serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
