Tutorial On Making The Tastiest Potatoes And Green Beans:

Ingredients:

For The Potatoes:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. potatoes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp pepper

For The Green Beans:

  • 1 lb. green beans
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Start by peeling the skin on the potatoes.

Once you’ve finished peeling all the potatoes, cut them into cubes, the size can be your personal preference.

Next, place the cubes into a medium-sized bowl and add the olive oil, oregano, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix all the ingredients together by tossing the bowl around until the potato cubes have been coated.

Now, transfer the potatoes to a large baking sheet and spread them out evenly so they don’t touch each other. 

Then, place the baking sheet in the oven at 400 °F and bake the potatoes for approximately 15 minutes.

While the potatoes are baking, add the green beans to the same mixing bowl and add the olive oil, garlic, and salt. Stir everything together until all the ingredients have been combined.

Once 15 minutes have passed, remove the potatoes from the oven and add the green beans. Then mix all the ingredients together.

Finally, place the baking sheet back in the oven and cook for an additional 20 to 30 minutes, until the potatoes and green beans have been cooked through.

After the potatoes and green beans have finished baking take them out of the oven and serve!
