Instant Pot Pumpkin Pie Bites

These pumpkin pie bites are perfect for the holidays. They are extremely tender and the flavor is fascinating. Made with a dust of cinnamon and cream cheese, they melt right in your mouth.

How to make the best pumpkin pie bites:


For the pumpkin bites:

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup golden brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg

For the cream cheese filling:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp sugar


Start by combining the cream cheese filling ingredients (cream cheese, vanilla extract, and sugar) in a small bowl and set aside.

After that, in another large bowl, stir vegetable oil, vanilla, cinnamon, milk, honey, pumpkin, brown sugar, and egg. Then add the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder to the mixture. Make sure to whisk the mixture well until all the ingredients are combined.

Next, spray the silicone egg bite molds with cooking spray to prevent the pumpkin pie bites from sticking. Then start by adding half of the pumpkin bites mixture into the egg bite molds. Top the pumpkin bites mixture with the cream cheese mixture. Finally cover the cream cheese mixture with the pumpkin bites mixture.

Now, cover the silicone molds with silicone lids and stack them on the trivet. Then pour 1 cup of water into the instant pot. Lower the trivet into the instant pot. Make sure to set the pressure release valve to seal, lock the lid into place, and set the instant pot on high pressure.

Cook the pumpkin pie bites for approximately 10 minutes, then leave the pressure release switch in the Sealed position when the cooking time ends (natural pressure release). Leave the pumpkin pie bites in the instant pot for an additional 10 minutes.

Finally, after they are done cooking, take the pumpkin pie bites out of the instant pot by lifting the trivet. Serve on a plate while they are still warm, enjoy!
