This recipe is made with zucchini, a mix of parmesan & mozzarella cheese, and squash. The combination of this dish tastes absolutely amazing.

- 2 medium zucchini (cut in slices)
- 2 medium yellow squash (cut in slices)
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup coarsely grated Parmesan
- 4 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp thinly sliced green onion
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- freshly ground black pepper
Start by preheating the oven to 350 °F. Then spray a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
Next, combine the sliced squash, sliced green onions, chopped basil, garlic powder, dried thyme, 1/2 cup grated mozzarella, and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan.
Now, stir the mixture together until the veggies are coated with cheese and the herbs are well distributed. Season with salt and fresh ground black pepper according to your taste.
After that, put the mixture in the baking dish and bake uncovered for about 25-30 minutes.
