Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas

How to make the tastiest pan-fried cinnamon bananas:


  • 2 Bananas (cut into 1/2″ pieces)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp raw or regular honey


Start by combining the butter, cinnamon, and the type of honey you chose in a frying pan.

Now place the frying pan over medium-high heat.

Then stir until the butter has melted and all the ingredients have been combined.

Next, add the sliced banana pieces into the pan and cook them for approximately 4 minutes. The bottom of the banana pieces should be caramelized and golden brown. Also, adjust the heat and/or cooking time to avoid burning the banana pieces.

Once 4 minutes have passed or the banana pieces have finished cooking on one side, flip them over on the other side.

Again, cook the banana pieces for another 4 minutes or until they have a golden brown color.

Finally, once you’re done with cooking all the cinnamon banana pieces, serve them with ice cream, pancakes, yogurt, french toast, or any other pairing you desire, just use your creativity!
