How To Make The Tastiest Sheet Pan Parmesan Steak And Potatoes Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds flank steak (patted dry)
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes (halved)
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus (trimmed)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced and divided)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt (divided)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions:

Start by preheating the oven and set the rack in the middle of the oven.

Next, place the potatoes on a large baking sheet and add 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1/3 of the minced garlic, and 1/2 tsp of salt.

Now, bake the potatoes for approximately 15-20 minutes or until they are tender and browned.

Meanwhile, while the potatoes are baking, in a small bowl, combine the rest of the minced garlic, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp salt, and black pepper.

Then, rub the steak on both sides with the mixture you just made.

Once the potatoes have finished cooking, take them out of the oven and turn the oven to the broil setting. Set aside the potatoes on one side of the pan while placing the asparagus on the other side. Add the remaining 1 tsp of olive oil to the asparagus and toss it around.

After that, make some space in the middle of the pan for the flank steak. Once you’ve made space, place the steak in the middle of the pan and place the pan back in the oven for about 10 minutes. Broiling the steak for 10 minutes will result in a medium-rare steak, you can cook it however you’d like. Halfway through the cooking process, turn the steak over to the other side.

If the potatoes are cooking too fast, you can cover the pan in foil so they don’t burn.

Once the steak has finished cooking to your desired liking, remove the pan from the oven. Then sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup shredded cheese over potatoes.

Finally, garnish with chopped parsley, coarse salt, and cracked black pepper.

Enjoy!
