- 3 lbs. potatoes
- 5 cloves garlic (peeled and pressed)
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 2 tsp oregano (dried)
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
Start by preheating the oven to 390 °F. Then, peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
Now, in order to make the broth, in a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, poultry seasoning, garlic, vegetable broth, and oregano.
Next, season with some salt and pepper according to your taste and mix everything using a wire whisk.
After that, add the potatoes to a baking dish and pour the liquid broth mixture over them.
Next, mix all the ingredients well so that the potatoes are evenly coated.
Then place them in the oven and bake them for about 40 minutes.
Once 40 minutes have passed, flip the potatoes over on the other side.
Bake the potatoes for another 40 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
