Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can Libby’s Country Sausage Gravy
  • 1 (13.8 oz) tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup real bacon pieces
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions:

Start by preheating your oven to 425 °F. Then, using a non-stick cooking spray, spray a 10×15 baking sheet.

Next, spread and stretch the pizza crust into the pan. Make sure the edges are touching the edge of the baking sheet.

Now, using olive oil, brush the top of the crust evenly. Then poke the crust with a fork so it doesn’t puff up.

After that, bake the crust for about 7 minutes on a middle rack until it gets a light brown color.

While the crust is baking, in a medium-sized bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper, and milk. Then whisk the eggs thoroughly for about 2 minutes.

Then heat a pan on medium-low heat and melt the butter. Once the butter has melted pour in the whisked eggs. Next, slowly move the eggs around until softly scrambled and fluffy. Then turn off the heat.

Once the crust has finished baking, remove it from the oven and spread the sausage gravy evenly over the crust.

Now, top the sausage gravy with scrambled eggs. After that, top the eggs with shredded cheese. Finally, sprinkle the bacon pieces evenly over the cheese.

Next, place the baking sheet back into the oven and cook it for another 6-7 minutes until everything is warmed through and the cheese has melted.
