Guide On Making The Tastiest Buffalo Chicken Nachos EVER:
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2-3 green onions (sliced)
- 1 bag Corn tortilla chips (10-15 oz.)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Start by preheating the oven to 400 °F. Then line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Next, in a large pan, add olive oil and turn the stove on medium heat. After that, add the chicken and season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Cook the chicken until it is no longer pink, which should take approximately 10-12 minutes.
Once the chicken has finished cooking remove it from the pan and shred it.
Now add the shredded chicken back into saute pan and stir in the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Let the mixture simmer for about 1-2 minutes.
After that, on a baking sheet, add a layer of corn tortilla chips. Then spread the shredded chicken and shredded cheese evenly on top of the tortilla chips. Bake for approximately 5-7 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
Finally, top the buffalo chicken nachos with green onions and serve warm!
