How To Make The Tastiest Chicken Olivia:
- 2 10 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
- 7 oz. can green chilies
- 3 cups rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 & 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Optional – Rice for serving
Start by picking the meat of the rotisserie chicken, then start shredding it. After that, place the shredded chicken into a 9×13 baking dish.
Next, in a large bowl, combine the sour cream, both cans cream of chicken soup, black olives, can of green chilies, and green onions. Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste.
Now, pour the mixture on top of the chicken in the 9×13 baking dish. Then sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
Finally, cover the pan with foil and bake the chicken Olivia at 350 °F. The chicken Olivia should take approximately 30 minutes to bake.
Once 30 minuets have passed remove the foil from the baking dish.
After that, put back the baking dish in the oven and cook it until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Serve warm and if desired serve over some rice.
