The Tastiest Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

How to make the tastiest chicken pot pie casserole:


  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup (10.5 oz.)
  • 1 can Grands biscuits (contains 8 biscuits)
  • 4 cups frozen vegetable mix (corn, peas, carrots, green beans)
  • 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper


Start by spraying a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Then preheat the oven to 375 °F.

Now place the biscuits on a baking sheet cooking spray. Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook the biscuits for approximately 8 minutes. Once the 8 minutes have passed take them out of the oven.

While biscuits are pre-baking, in a large skillet placed over medium-high heat melt the 2 tbsp of butter.

Then add the frozen vegetable mix and cook them for around 12 minutes.

Next, add the milk, chicken, the cream of a chicken soup and salt and pepper to taste. Stir the mixture and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the mixture is bubbly hot.

After that, pour the mixture into the prepared 9×13 baking dish and spread the mixture evenly.

Now place the pre-baked biscuits and place them on top of the casserole (the baked side down and the raw side up.)

Then in a small microwave-safe dish add the 2 tbsp of melted butter together with the garlic powder. Microwave the bowl until melted.

Once the butter has melted pour it on top of the biscuits.

Finally, place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until the biscuits have a golden brown color.
