- 8 oz. angel hair pasta
- 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups cooked chicken (chopped)
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend (divided use)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- dried parsley (for topping)
Start by preheating the oven to 350 °F. Then using a nonstick cooking spray, spray a 9×13 baking dish.
Next, cook the angel hair pasta by following the package directions.
After the pasta has finished cooking, drain it.
Now, place pasta back into the same pot and add chicken, cream of chicken soups, sour cream, salsa, half of the Mexican cheese blend (1 cup), and taco seasoning.
After that, make sure to stir the mixture thoroughly so that all the ingredients have been combined.
Next, pour the freshly made mixture into the prepared 9×13 baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with some of the dried parsley.
Then cover the baking dish with nonstick aluminum foil.
