Golden brown and crunchy on the outside, and deliciously soft and creamy on the inside, this Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread recipe is an incredibly flavorful dish that’s easy to make!
How To Make The Tastiest Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread:
- 4 medium dinner rolls (or use dough and bake homemade rolls)
- 4 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp minced garlic (or garlic paste)
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- Parmesan cheese to taste (optional)
Start by baking the dinner rolls from dough or place premade rolls on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet lined. Also, keep the oven preheated at 350 °F.
Next, add softened cream cheese in a medium-sized bowl and beat using an electric mixer until creamy.
Then add the sugar and mix through.
And finally, after incorporating the sugar, add the heavy cream and beat until smooth.
After that, add the sweetened cream cheese mixture you just made to a piping bag, or if you don’t have a piping bag use a plastic bag with a corner cut out.
Now, cut rolls into 6 to 8 equal wedges, but do not cut all of the way through.
Once cut, pipe the cream cheese mixture into the rolls through the slices you just made.
Next, add melted butter along with egg and milk in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk the mixture until it is smooth and then add the parsley and minced garlic and mix again.
After that, dip your rolls into the garlic butter mixture to coat the top and let it sink into the wedges.
Now place the rolls on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper and if desired sprinkle with some parmesan cheese on top, (recommended)
Finally, bake into the 350 °F preheated oven for approximately 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
