As breakfast being the most important meal of the day, this is my personal favorite recipe. However, if you skip breakfast, you could also make this recipe for brunch. It’s a simple recipe that requires only 6 ingredients and takes only 25 minutes of your time.

Frozen mini pancakes, brushed with a delicious maple and butter mixture, hold together the warm sausage patty and scrambled eggs. This recipe is a must-try. I guarantee your whole family will love it, especially your kids.

Guide On Making The Tastiest Pancake Sausage And Egg Sliders:

Ingredients:

  • 16 miniature frozen pancakes
  • 8 sausage patties {cooked through}
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp milk or cream

Instructions:

Start by preheating the oven to 350 °F.

Then on a baking sheet, place the miniature frozen pancakes. Also, make sure they are facing up.

While the miniature pancakes are warming up in the oven, scramble the eggs together with the milk over medium heat. Stirring the mixture frequently, set the scrambled eggs aside once they have finished cooking.

Next, in a microwave-safe bowl, add the maple syrup and butter. Microwave the mixture until the butter has melted, which should take approximately 20 to 25 seconds.

Now, once the pancakes have finished warming up, which should take just under 10 minutes, take them out of the oven and brush the bottom of the miniature pancakes with the butter mixture.

Then distribute the sausage patties and scrambled eggs onto half of the miniature pancakes. Then place the other half of the miniature pancakes on top of the scrambled eggs.

You could also use a toothpick to hold the miniature pancakes and all the ingredients together, so they don’t fall apart.

Finally, serve your pancake sausage and egg sliders while they are still warm.

Enjoy!
