Tutorial On Making The Best 10-Minute Vegan Sandwich

This tasty vegan sandwich is piled high with creamy homemade green goddess dressing, fresh arugula, avocado, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion. Smoosh that together between a crusty ciabatta loaf and you’ve got one pretty awesome vegan sandwich!

Guide On Making The Tastiest 10-Minute Vegan Sandwich:


For The Sandwich:

  • 1 whole ciabatta loaf (sliced in half lengthwise)
  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • 1/2 cup sliced red radishes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper (sliced thin)
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper (sliced thin)
  • 1/4 cup orange bell pepper (sliced thin)
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper (sliced thin)
  • 1/2 ripe avocado (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper

For The Green Goddess Dressing:

  • 2 cups packed fresh basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup green onion (diced)
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayo
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or stevia
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper


Start by preparing the green goddess dressing. So, in a food processor add all of the dressing ingredients. Pulse on high speed until all the ingredients have been combined and a creamy dressing has been made.

After making the green goddess dressing, it’s time to make the sandwich. So start by spreading the dressing on each half of the bread covering it completely.

Next, add a layer of arugula and sliced radishes on the bottom of the bread.

After that, add all of the sliced bell peppers, sliced red onion, and cherry tomatoes to the half with the arugula and radishes. Then season the veggies with kosher salt and black pepper according to your taste.

Now, spread the alfalfa sprouts evenly on the top half of the bread, along with the avocado slices.

Then place the top half of the bread onto the bottom half of bread with all of the veggies and press lightly to secure the filling ingredients finishing the sandwich. 

Finally, if desired, slice the sandwich and serve with veggie chips or any chips of your personal choice.
