Korean cream cheese garlic bread is like my new favorite appetizer. This Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread recipe is an incredibly flavorful treat that’s easy to make!
Golden brown and crunchy on the outside, and deliciously creamy and soft on the inside. Loaded with garlic and cream cheese, plus a bit of sweetness, this loaf makes a great appetizer.
Guide On Making The Tastiest Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread:
- 4 medium dinner rolls or use dough and bake homemade rolls
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp minced garlic or garlic paste
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- Parmesan cheese to taste, optional
Start by baking the dinner rolls from dough or place premade rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Also, keep the oven at 350 °F.
Next, in a medium-sized bowl, add the softened cream cheese and beat using an electric mixer until the mixture is creamy.
Then add the sugar and mix through. Finally, add the heavy cream and beat until the mixture is smooth.
Now, transfer the sweetened cream cheese mixture to a piping bag. If you do not have a piping bag, make one by cutting the corner out of a plastic bag.
After that, cut the rolls into 6 or 8 equal wedges, but do not cut all the way through. After cutting the rolls, pipe the cream cheese mixture into the rolls through the slices.
Once you’ve piped the rolls, in another medium-sized bowl, add melted butter, egg, and milk. Whisk the mixture well until smooth, then add parsley and minced garlic. Again, mix the mixture thoroughly.
Next, dip your rolls into the garlic butter mixture to coat the top, and then let it sink in between the wedges.
Now, place the rolls onto the prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If desired, sprinkle with some parmesan cheese on top.
Finally, bake the rolls at 350°F for 5-10 minutes or until golden on top.
